It's the perfect opportunity to ask questions and see how we can support your journey to better movement and health—all from the comfort of your home.
Cancellation Policy
At E-Motion Physiotherapy Ltd, appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a full fee of the appointment cost. No-shows are charged the full amount. Rescheduling within 24 hours is allowed without additional fees. Payments are collected at the time of booking, and refunds for cancellations (within policy terms) may take up to 10 working days. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, and late arrivals have a grace period, but may result in shortened sessions.
